Amazon's Retail Operations and Initiatives team seeks an experienced and entrepreneurial Sr. Manager of Product Management to lead a team of product managers and solve complex problems in support of Amazon's WW Consumer business. The seasoned product leader will be responsible for setting and implementing a team roadmap, influencing and driving change across a diverse group of stakeholders, improving processes to scale with high business growth, and developing and leading functional leaders. This leader will balance strategic vision and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation, be able to influence others through data driven decisions, and be a strong developer of talent.The Sr. Manager of Product Management will oversee sourcing and operational execution of key promotional periods for Amazon's US business, including Prime Day and Black Friday / Cyber Monday, while also leading initiatives to drive operational excellence and deliver incremental free cash flow across Amazon's global Consumer business. This role is highly collaborative, and the Sr. Manager of Product Management will work closely with senior leaders across Amazon's Consumer business, Prime programs, Operations, and Supply Chain Technology.This role requires a leader who marries a deep understanding of supply chain and business operations, as well as Retail business strategy. The base pay for this position ranges from $142,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $265,000/year in our highest geographic market.
