Qualifications: B.Tech/B.E./MCA/MBA Finance or equivalent

　　Required Experience and Skills:

　　Minimum 8+ years working/implementation experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.Implementation experience in Hyperion Planning/EPBCS or any other leading planning platformMust demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for the insights that result from those analyses, together with a strong understanding of the data and collection processes needed to fuel that analysis.Must have a passion for serving others, work well in a team, be self-motivated, and be a problem-solver.

　　Act as a techno-functional solution architect for planning platform.Independently identify areas of improvement and makes recommendationsLead the team in effective handling of Financial Planning and Management Reporting activitiesWill provide functional knowledge and expertise in the core planning and reporting processes to translate into system solutions.Deliver BI and Analytics capabilities: work with Finance partners to build an accurate, consistent and easy to navigate data visualization and analytics solutions.Equipped with automation and process improvement mindset to assist the month-end close.Good exposure to programming languages like VB.Net and SQLCapability to quickly learn new planning tools like OneStream.
