Job Summary

This role on the Brand Partnerships and Engagement marketing team is responsible for the development of best-in-class partnership marketing programs that align with brand objectives and achieve business results.

The role will sit on the Partnership Management team working with numerous internal and external partners to deliver all partner contractual assets, manage day-to-day partner relations, build activation plans, monitor program performance and recommend optimizations, build activation plans, support Partnership Engagement and more.

The role will manage multiple projects simultaneously and act as a subject matter expert to various cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, have strong attention to detail, along with experience in agency team management.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively and partner with numerous internal and external stakeholders to develop programs and assets, ensuring alignment with company objectives and program calendars

Review marketing materials and provide collaborative feedback as the subject matter expert in to ensure authenticity

Communicate regularly with the Partnership Advisory Council (PAC), a cross-functional group across Divisional, Corporate and agency members, to manage and measure Xfinity’s partnership portfolio

Manage day-to-day relationship with external partners and external agency team

Coordinate with agency partners to secure various third-party approvals for marketing materials going to market

Monitor and ensure delivery of assets across various contractual requirements

Thorough understanding of competitive landscape

Support execution of annual partner summit

Manage program budgets

Analyze performance and share learnings to improve performance against KPIs; ability to develop and present executive summary reports from various campaign/program specific reports and sources

Support all program needs as requested, including planning, strategy and engagement

Integrate the brand into areas of consumer passion that are identified as opportunity segments for the company

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Comfortable working weekends as needed

Agency management experience and proven ability to inspire agency performance

Ability to demonstrate consumer-first mentality

Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies; understands the creative development process

Ability to travel as needed, particularly on weekends

Experience and ability to excel in a large, fast-paced, complex environment

Flexible and an ability to adapt to changing conditions and challenges

Ability to apply a solution-oriented approach; proven problem-solving skills

Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and proven attention to detail

Works well under pressure and tight deadlines; strong time management skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and deliver results

Salary:

Pay Range: This job can be performed in Colorado with a Pay Range of $104,922.00 - $180,990.45
