　　Utilize your logistics expertise and supervisory skills in a manufacturing environment. You will leverage your team's experience and skills to support on supply chain services, inventory control, critical parts availability, material handling, import-export licensing, shipment of products, and third-party warehousing. You will evaluate customer support and field service commitments to ensure customer requirements are met. You will provide data analysis for production planning and volume studies; and participates in process/rating improvement efforts. As a team supervisor, you will coach your team members in technical and behavioral competencies in order to deliver high impact to business results.

　　Key Responsibilities

　　Lead the team to execute the logistics strategy

　　Manage overall operational targets

　　Evaluate material flow

　　Ensure transaction compliance

　　Supervise logistic team

　　Develop strategies to improve SQDIC

　　Support and maintain the hos Standard

　　Promote effective Health, Safety, and Environmental programs and practices

　　Manage logistic vendors and internal warehouse process

　　Drive team excellence and talent retention

　　Drive continuous improvement culture

　　YOU MUST HAVE5

　　Bachelors Degree

　　5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or logics environment

　　WE VALUE

　　Some experience in manufacturing or relevant functions in Integration Supply Chain

　　Experience in SAP

　　Experience in Lean Six Sigma

　　Excellent collaboration and influence with management and cross function teams

　　Ability to lead people/team and engage/mentor staffs

　　Excellent oral and written communication skills

　　Good analytical skill
