JOB REQUIREMENTS: Working as part of the Transformation ManagementOffice (TMO), the Project Coordinator (PC) will work closely with theDigital workstream to facilitate & coordinate the update/creation of1000s of digital assets. Candidates must have experience or aptitude &willingness to embrace working in Lean/agile/scrum environment. Theywill partner with the workstream lead to champion the agile way ofworking, ensure work is flowing at the desired cadence, escalaterisks/issues, manage the project plan & daily stand-up Kanban board.Manage versioning and workflow across 100\'s of concurrent digitalassets being owned by 10-15+ team members Holds team members accountableto deadlines Able to identify issues and able to effectively escalateif/when work is at risk Develop Transformation program calendar &schedule meetings; maintains meeting agendas, notes and decisions Ableto maintain order across multiple Skillsets / Abilities / ExperienceMust have a strong ability in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel andPowerPoint Must have strong background in document sharing/collaborationtoolsets using MS Teams, OneDrive & SharePoint for filesharing Highlyorganized and detailed oriented Driven and self-motivated Experience inworking with agile concepts Project management experience is requiredNice to have: Portfolio management background & working with a PPMtoolset Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values thestrength diversity brings to the workplace.
