JOB REQUIREMENTS: SCOPE OF ROLE The Supply Chain Program Manager IIposition plays a key role in the success of the Global Supply ChainManagement team as we support Regal Rexnord\'s aggressive growth goalswith extensive new product development (NPD) and our Supply ChainOptimization initiatives. This position is responsible to coordinate andalign the resources required to successfully achieve our corporateobjectives, including the development of processes with keycross-functional stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of ourobjectives. The position will be responsible for driving detailedworkflows to support such items as: new product development,outsourcing, VA/VE projects, large supplier resourcing events, largecost out initiatives, supplier crisis management, and acquisitionintegration. RESPONSIBILITIES Leverage a high level of projectmanagement skills for supply chain related to new product development,outsourcing, VA/VE, supplier resourcing, large cost out initiatives,supplier crisis management and acquisition integration. Serve as theSupply Chain Champion and identify and secure cross-functionalstakeholders to execute assigned projects on time. Act as liaisonbetween Operations, Quality, Engineering, and other functions for theSupply Chain team on assigned projects, ensuring good communication,resources for conflict resolution Coordinate with key SCM globalchampions in Procurement & Supplier Quality to deliver a flawless andcomprehensive plan transition of supply, selection and qualification ofsuppliers, supplier agreements, establish standards for quality, andother tasks as required for assigned projects. Establish robustcommunication strategies to report on program status, communicatecritical issues to external and internal customers, offer solutions, andimplement corrective actions. Demonstrate managerial courage andleadership to escalate program challenges promptly and find solutionswith key stakeholders. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS BS inSupply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering. MBA and or PMPcertification are both a plus Minimum 7+ years of proven, progressivesupply chain experience Ability to lead through influence Experiencewith large scale project management across multiple functional teamsOperations life cycle, in depth analysis and problem solving Familiarwith a variety of the manufacturing concepts, practices, proceduresDemonstrated ability to analyze, resolve problems and convert data intoactionable solutions Computer Skills: Microsoft Project, Office,SharePoint, SAP or other ERP system Knowledge of lean tools and mindsetto drive for continuous improvement Up to 35% Domestic and Internationaltravel is required for this position Leadership Competencies: ActionOriented: Taking...
