Job Description

　　IFF is looking for a senior project manager who has come from an extensive background of managing IT infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate needs to have strong experience estimating the projects scope from functional/technical requirements to the necessary level for planning and scheduling. This person needs to be able to communicate technical details to all levels of stakeholders including highly technical team members and non-technical members. This candidate also needs to have a client-focused/customer service mindset while possessing expertise in project management methodologies, tools, resource management practices, and change management techniques. The day to day for this consists of developing and managing existing project documentation, including project schedules, weekly and monthly status reports, presentations, risk logs, action logs, issue logs, etc. This PM will need to gather information required for analysis of project cost, resources, time, and other project supporting deliverables.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　- Must have 5-7 years of experience being a project manager for complex Infrastructure projects in IT that span multiple infrastructure domains

　　- Has to able to speak IT language to team and also have strong client facing communication skills

　　- Must have PMP certification (unless this person has 15-20 years of experience

　　- Extremely detail orientated and skilled using Gantt charts to plan and track project schedules ITIL certification null
