Job Summary
This position is responsible for the production application reliability and engineering support of Enterprise Pharmacy, Health Care Management, Provider Network Solutions, and Value Based Care IT and business operational processes in a senior level technology leadership capacity and will be involved in designing and improving features and capabilities for new and existing solutions; serving as IT subject matter expert in the technologies used and supported within the enterprise. Responsibilities include decision making related to technical and business requirements and solutions in partnership with architects, collaboration with infrastructure teams for environment build-out and stability, engagement with support vendors for external services management, collaboration with ARES support personnel for ticket and incident resolution, ensuring operational and production reliability best practices for new program initiatives, and engagement with business stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction. This role will require occasional after hours support during major incidents.
Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree and 5 years Information Technology experience; OR Technical Certification and 7 years Information Technology experience; OR 9 years Information Technology experience
Experience of incident management.
Experience in problem management / root cause analysis.
Experience in system performance management.
Experience in application and server operations and application configuration.
Experience in cloud computing / SaaS / IaaS / PaaS technologies.
Experience in code versioning / code merge.
Experience in iterative / agile / scrum development tools.
Experience in system architecture and application portfolio.
Experience in mobile technologies (not limited to - Phonegap / iOS / Android / Java / HTML5); OS technologies; traditional app technology(not limited to - C+, COBOL, Perl, SAP, etc); web technologies (not limited to - HTML/CSS/Java/ASP.Net/PHP/Ruby/C#).
Detail-oriented.
