　　Job Description

　　Join CodaMetrix, a pioneer in AI-driven solutions for healthcare, as our Sr. Implementation Project Manager. In this role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the high-quality implementation of our autonomous coding solutions at client sites, focusing on eligibility and automation during the go-live phase. Your role is critical in fostering trusted business partnerships and developing synergistic relationships both within the company and with our clients.

　　  Responsibilities

　　Lead the implementation process, ensuring high standards of quality, eligibility, and automation at go-live.

　　Handle all client communications, adeptly resolving issues or escalating them with proposed solutions.

　　Direct other Implementation Project Managers and project delivery teams, providing coaching and oversight as necessary.

　　Assess and communicate the specific product needs of each client account.

　　Create and present detailed reports and presentations that reflect the status and health of client accounts during implementation.

　　Collaborate closely with various stakeholders within the company to understand and explain complex technologies and processes, ensuring a successful project implementation.

　　Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met effectively through data driven solutions.

　　Work closely with internal teams to create a seamless and integrated approach to project management.

　　Develop strategies for process improvement and risk mitigation during implementation.

　　Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction through effective communication and project delivery.

　　Requirements  

　　5+ years of project management experience, specifically in client-facing roles.

　　Extensive experience in project management within a healthcare SaaS environment.

　　Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.

　　Beneficial Experience  

　　Knowledge of coding, registration, and healthcare billing practices.

　　Experience in software implementation, particularly with a focus on data integration.
