  **Summary of the position:

  The primary responsibility of a Material Handler in Building 2 is the safe and timely movement of materials through the supply chain utilizing various equipment as necessary to provide accurate inventory and efficient operations for all departments.

  Duties and responsibilities:

  Inventory Accuracy Initiativeongoing transfer and delivery of material in a safe and efficient manner to provide efficient operations within all departments.Internal Cycle Counting/Inventory Managementtarget of 98% accuracy to avoid physical inventory errors and outages within the positions control.Line Stocking as necessary to avoid production inefficiencies.Support B2N raw material and finished goods movement.Support finished goods movement and delivery to Building 1.Tag painted units as required.**Qualifications:

  Education:**

  High School Diploma or Equivalent.Professional experience:

  Minimum one year of material handling experience in a manufacturing/production environment.Demonstrated experience safely utilizing equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts and other normally used equipment in product delivery.Ability to pass forklift driving test.Ability to work with cranes, sharp edges on machined parts, and moving parts by carts.Key behaviors:

  Personal attributes to include attention to detail, punctuality and adaptability, as well as capacity to cross train.Lifting up to 35 lbs.Lifting over 35 lbs. requires a lifting device, crane, or assistance from another associate.Standing and walking minimum of 8 hours.Must be able to bend/stoop, squat/crouch, kneel and twist.Must understand and comply with Sullair Safety Standards.Participate in EHS quarterly audits, if required.Required to wear the proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for the work area.Required to attend scheduled toolbox and safety meetings.Must immediately report injuries or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.[]{#Hlk39752366}[Ability to work flexible shifts and overtime.]{#Hlk39752110}AssertiveCritical ThinkingProcess DrivenGood Communication SkillsTeam OrientedPassionateDirect reports:
