CLA iscurrently seeking a Seasonal Office Support Coordinator (ServiceProcessing Coordinators), (for 25-40 hours per week) to join ourInternal Operations team focusing on tax support in the Green Bay, WIoffice. This pivotal role will provide essential support to our serviceteam leaders and play a crucial part in managing various businessfunctions through administrative support activities. How you\'ll createopportunities in this Office Support Coordinator role: They are involvedin one or more various responsibilities relating to the peak season taxprocess including organizing and scanning client documents, assemblingfinal tax returns, preparing extensions, and delivery of final taxreturns. They will proactively manage assigned work through database andworkflow systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of clientdata. They will also support and provides back up to other internaloperations team members to respond to client needs as needed. Otherduties as assigned may include answering phones, processing mail, andassisting with general office maintenance. What you will need:Experience: Previous administrative experience preferred. Education:High school degree or equivalent. Previous experience in a fast-pacedenvironment helpful. This position requires the regular use of Microsoft(MS) Windows and Office Products, Adobe Acrobat and several otherinternal software systems.
