　　We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic Operations Finance team with a specific focus on E-commerce logistics, Warranty, Customer Care, Global Quality, and Reverse Logistics. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making within the operations department, emphasizing areas such as warranty cost management, customer care financials, quality improvement initiatives, and liquidation strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis, specifically within these key operational domains.

　　This position is part of the Operations Finance team and will be located in Cork, Ireland.

　　Lead the development and execution of annual and quarterly financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for E-commerce Logistics, Warranty, Customer Care, Global Quality, and Reverse Logistics.

　　Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance in these specific operational areas.

　　Collaborate with business partners in various operation teams to understand business drivers and key performance indicators.

　　Work closely with other departments, including E-commerce, supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing, to align financial goals with operational strategies, with a specific focus on areas mentioned above.

　　Collaborate with business partners in these domains to ensure accurate and timely reporting of monthly and quarterly financial results.

　　Create ad-hoc analyses to model updated assumptions and present findings to leadership

　　Key Qualifications:

　　For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Information System(BIS), or a related field

　　5+ years of progressive work experience in financial planning and analyses, preferably in Operations/Logistics Finance support

　　Advanced MS Office Suite skills; required proficiency in Excel

　　Demonstrated capability and experience with corporate financial reporting, manufacturing accounting, internal controls and progressive improvement initiatives

　　Proven technical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills, high level of independent judgment, initiative, and creativity to identify and clearly communicate key performance drivers to management

　　Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders

　　Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity

　　Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Knowledge of OneStream and Tableau

　　Accounting experience
