Robert Half, Inc. seeks Business Systems Analyst III in San Ramon, CA:

　　Job Duties: Develop systems implementation strategy in partnership with key business stakeholders. Create and/or orchestrate project plans for the entire development lifecycle, including maintenance planning and ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective implementation of all systems. Review/Identify, analyze, and refine business requests, formulating system requirements and solutions to parallel overall business strategies that take application design and usability into account. Translate customers' needs into business requirement documents that can be presented to management, customers, development teams, and vendors. Consider the impact on current and future business environments and processes. Assess upstream & downstream effects of the system and report changes. Configure system settings and options, plan & execute unit, integration & acceptance testing, and create specifications for systems to meet business requirements. Function as liaison between multiple development teams and businesses to ensure effective delivery of system changes. Ensure that business processes, policies, and procedures are supported by proposed system solutions. Develop user acceptance test plans associated with a variety of projects, which include use cases, cross-team coordination requirements, data requirements, scenarios, timing considerations, and expected results. Develop and maintain training and support materials used to educate the user community on changes made to business applications and processes. Collaborate with technical resources to resolve complex system issues. Telecommuting permitted: work may be performed from anywhere in the U.S.

　　Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or a closely related field plus two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

　　Special Skill Requirements:

　　Enterprise applications analysis (2 years)

　　Business systems software and software development lifecycle (2 years)

　　Create complex process flow diagrams that demonstrate business or system process flow (2 years)

　　Create test plans and test scripts to perform various testing phases (2 years)

　　Perform fit/gap analysis based on requirements (2 years)

　　Experience in Agile methodologies (2 years)

　　System development and project management methodologies (OO, PMI)
