Responsible for data governance related to labor productivity reporting for the network. This includes building new content, performing audits, validations, and troubleshooting. Partner with department leaders in labor reviews. Compare department actuals and benchmarks to ensure departments are in line with industry labor standards. Provide hospital finance leaders with industry labor benchmarks in preparation for annual budget. Process change requests to the productivity budget. Process and maintain monthly statistics and Bi-Weekly Productivity reports utilized by front-line management to access staffing levels and make variable staffing decisions. Build contract hours and manual stat files for bi-weekly labor productivity report. Coordinate with EPIC charge team on matters impacting productivity -- determine unit of service and RVU values for new charge codes. Be a resource to finance leaders on matters related to labor productivity. Assist with annual budget development process for Network and Hospital operating budgets, to include development of financial statements and reporting to provide Finance Department leadership with clear, timely insight into budgets and financial projections. Maintain access to Strata Management Reporting system and budget software, while working with end-users to ensure successful utilization, training, and overall effectiveness of the budget system. Auditing and improvement of processes and budget software tools used to support KHN budgeting and planning, working with third-party vendor on design of systems, troubleshooting, or issue resolution as needed.Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field or foreign equivalent. 24 months of experience as a Financial Analyst, Financial consultant, Investment Analyst, Revenue Analyst, or related occupation. Must have experience with:  Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Visio, etc.); Healthcare information systems (StrataJazz, Premier PINCai Benchmarking); Business Intelligence Software (Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and experience in healthcare.
