　　About the Role:

　　We are looking for a Medical Assistant to join our Clinical Team. Reporting to our VP of Clinical Services, you'll play an essential role in conducting Annual Wellness Visits for our members. You'll set up and perform comprehensive assessments in compliance with the Annual Wellness Visit, either in home or in a clinic setting, depending on the member's preference.

　　Location:

　　The position is based in San Antonio, TX and surrounding areas. The applicant must be local to the area and have reliable transportation for travel.

　　Schedule:

　　40 hours of availability, Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm

　　Compensation:

　　$40 per completed visit (based on classification, please inquire further with your recruiter)

　　Seeing up to 9 patients per day.

　　Timeframe per visit: up to 1 hour (includes travel time and patient visit)

　　What You'll Do:

　　Perform complex patient-oriented testing procedures.

　　Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient privacy.

　　Deliver a warm, caring experience for our members.

　　Maintain high member satisfaction and efficient communication.

　　Who You Are:

　　You're a graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program with at least 1 year of experience. You are proficient in telemedicine tools and comfortable in an in-home setting. Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers or CPR/AED is required. Experience in Internal Medicine, or Family Practice is preferred.
