Receiving And Return Supervisor
PeopleReady of Eagle Pass, TX is now hiring Receiving And Return Supervisors! We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our company as a Receiving and Returns Supervisor. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the accurate receipt and inspection of all incoming items into our Warehouse Management System (WMS). Additionally, the Supervisor will manage a team of 3 to 5 individuals in the Receiving department and a team of 5 to 12 individuals in the Returns department. The Supervisor will be accountable for maintaining efficient workflows, overseeing the handling of client-owned inventory, and sustaining high-quality standards throughout the process.

Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $12 / hour
What you'll be doing as a Receiving And Return Supervisor:
Conduct thorough visual inspections of received products to identify any visible damage.
Ensure that all returned equipment is appropriately added to the client's inventory.
Manage and lead a team of individuals in the Receiving department, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
Manage and lead departments in an efficient and respectful manner, fostering a positive work environment.
Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
Uphold best-in-class quality standards throughout the receiving and returns processes.
Maintain accurate and organized documentation for all relevant activities.
Work closely with management staff to ensure overall warehouse efficiency.
