Eaton's ES AMER PCS PCD division is currently seeking a Sr Financial Analyst.

　　What you'll do:

　　PRIMARY FUNCTION:

　　This position is responsible for performing accounting functions, financial reporting, and analysis for the Sensors plant at the Industrial Controls Division and supports the government accounting and reporting requirements. This includes performing month-end closing and forecasting requirements, variance analysis, commentary, balance sheet reconciliations. The Sr. Financial Analyst requires a high level of problem solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively across functional lines.

　　ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

　　• Perform financial planning and analysis activities (forecasting, annual profit plan, etc.)

　　• Maintain Balance Sheet Reconciliations and support during the Annual divisional Balance Sheet Reviews

　　• Troubleshoot existing accounting systems to correct errors/problems so they do not repeat

　　• Support development of new procedures and process improvements to enhance financial control and reporting

　　• Perform month-end journal entries and analysis and SOX requirements

　　• Lead annual profit planning activities

　　• Ensure accurate and timely reporting for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements

　　• Measure, analyze and explain variances and provide commentary

　　• Support conducting physical inventory per Eaton Financial Policy

　　• Leads analysis and accurate follow up on Capital Expenditures for the plant, as well as conducting the proper Fixed Assets Inventory / Reconciliation

　　• Supports in an active manner the transition to the new Plant Facility, with activities such as budget planning, capital follow up, fixed assets inventory and reconciliation, ERP transitions, etc.

　　Qualifications:

　　• Experience of 4 years in similar position

　　• Professional in Accounting, Finance, or alike career

　　• Intermediate English level required

　　• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

　　• Preferable knowledge of Mapics, Oracle, Khalix - Encore, Oracle, Power BI.

　　Functional Competencies:

　　• Oracle.- For GL, Capital process for US & Swiss Entities

　　• Khalix -Encore - To get and perform reports, and upload info.

　　• Mapics (ECP). - To follow purchase, receipt, production and shipment activities.

　　• Vista. - This program is the base to follow our Customers orders, what is the base to our Production orders, in both environments (Vista & Global Vista)

　　• ARCS - Account reconciliation platform to reconciliate oracle GL accounts.

　　• Power BI. - Data access tool to get all Vista info detail.

　　• Contribute to achieve MESH goals and objectives.

　　• Comply with EHS activities

　　• Contribute to keep with culture of zero accidents.
