　　What you'll do:

　　EatonCare OPEX and Continuous Improvement Specialist description:

　　This position will research, create, strategize, and execute on OPEX and CI projects for EatonCare. The position will primarily work with the employees in Waukesha, WI but will also work regularly with the other EatonCare OPEX positions, EatonCare leadership, Marcom, product line leadership, corporate teams, and IT.

　　• Working with the OPEX team on a CI roadmap for all EatonCare

　　• Creation of Value Stream Maps

　　• Creation of Customer Journey Maps

　　• Implementation of Eaton's Continuous Improvement Framework

　　• Guidance of Kaizen and CI events

　　Qualifications:

　　Required (Basic) qualifications:

　　• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.

　　• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.

　　• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of location will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　• 1+ year of a voluntary career break from your profession.
