　　The Mobile Infrastructure Engineering team is responsible for defining, developing, implementing, and supporting mobile device solutions (Android OS) within the Publix Retail, Corporate, and Industrial environments. Responsibilities include:

　　Android OS management and configuration

　　App deployment and support

　　Hardware and software solution design and certification

　　SOTI MobiControl Mobile Device System Management (MDM)

　　Deployment of device firmware and Google security updates

　　Secure Configuration Management (SCM) for Android OS

　　On-Call duties

　　Completion of various requests and project participation. ​

　　Year End Bonus:

　　As a year-end bonus to associates, Publix issues one month’s extra pay (pro-rated in the first year) each year if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check that year. This is calculated as a 13th month of pay in the Potential Annual Pay with Bonus line above.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or other analytical discipline, or equivalent experience.

　　Minimum 2-3 years (4-5 years for Senior 2) of experience supporting one or more of the following: Android, Windows, iOS, and/or macOS operating systems and hardware platforms in a large corporate environment.

　　Experience using a Mobile device management (MDM) or enterprise mobility management (EMM) tool to manage devices.

　　Knowledge of Android-based client hardware (Honeywell, Zebra, Samsung).

　　Scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, and/or JavaScript.

　　Involvement in project work from requirements phase through implementation.

　　Software update or application deployment experience.

　　Adept at anticipating and identifying issues that conflict with security and compliance requirements.

　　Ability to resolve complex business and technical issues by making decisions using sound business judgment.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　At least 3 years (6 years for Senior 2) of experience supporting one or more of the following: Android, Windows, iOS, and/or macOS operating systems and hardware platforms in a large corporate environment.

　　In-depth understanding of System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.

　　Experience working in a process structured environment which includes Change Management, Incident/ Problem Management and Disaster Recovery Preparedness.

　　Retail, Corporate, or Industrial technology support experience.

　　Android Enterprise and/or Azure Cloud Certification
