　　Abiomed, a part of Johnson & Johnson MedTech, is recruiting for a Sr. Electronics Production Engineer, located in Danvers, MA.

　　Abiomed is the world leader in life-saving heart pump technology! The Production Engineering Team plays a crucial role to Abiomed by ensuring our products are built to the highest standards. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electronics Production Engineer to join our diverse team. The successful candidate will play a meaningful role in owning the development, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing processes, as well as ensuring the highest level of product quality, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturing efficiency.

　　Key Responsibilities :

　　Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions

　　Diagnose and resolve complex issues in electronic components and systems

　　Develop and implement procedures and maintenance manuals for use by manufacturing technician staff

　　Design and implement robust test methods for electronic hardware systems

　　Continuously improve electronics test methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy

　　Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to develop and implement quality control measures for electronic components

　　Leverage technical expertise to provide support to manufacturing operations

　　Participate in design reviews to ensure system manufacturability and reliability

　　Qualifications

　　Required:

　　Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred

　　Minimum of 12 years of experience in electronics manufacturing within the medical device industry

　　Proven expertise in electronics troubleshooting and problem-solving

　　Strong background in test method development and validation

　　Excellent presentation, communication, and teamwork skills.

　　Ability to lead and mentor junior engineering staff.

　　Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

　　Preferred:
