Job Description
The Sr. Director of Digital Marketing Transformation will leada team responsible of shaping the future of our customers end-to-end digital experience by improving our digital marketing capabilities throughout the customer journey for our global audiences. This leader will partner with the marketing teams of (Product) Segments and Regions to understand customer insights and business needs, define short- and long-term digital marketing capabilities needed to drive business outcomes, and work together with technology teams to implement them.
We are seeking a strategic leader to manage, mentor, and empower a marketing team to create and implement innovative digital solutions, through analysis, experimentation, and sophisticated technologies and tools. This will help advise and ultimately transform how customers engage with our digital touchpoints and purchase our products. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing technology, digital marketing campaigns, demand generation channels, B2B buyer needs and consumption habits, and lead management in a B2B sales environment.
Role and Responsibilities
Lead a team of marketers to define, implement and monitor digital solutions to accelerate pipeline and product growth.
Manage and execute large global cross-discipline implementations, leading digital strategy, organizational communication, program roll-out and measurement.
Partner with marketing and technology teams to develop new digital strategies for Brand to Demand programs executed globally; build innovative digital experience capabilities.
Continuously challenge the status quo and look for ways to take performance to new levels. Be willing to take risks and experiment, while learning and failing fast as needed.
Work across functions and levels – from individual contributors to key senior executives – ensuring comprehensive input and review throughout phases of ongoing projects / initiatives.
Leverage data to understand performance, trends, issues, and solutions. Build data-driven recommendations and champion data-driven decision-making.
Forecast, measure, analyze and report the impact of digital programs on MQL, SQL, sales pipeline, revenue, and sales cycle length.
Continuously find ways to move with agility & purpose and push the boundaries of our capability today to envision tomorrow
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree with 10+ years proven ability to build global Digital Marketing programs for Enterprise B2B organizations.
5+ years’ experience managing a team.
Solid understanding of marketing and sales technology tools and channels (including but not limited to Marketo, SFDC, 6Sense, Adobe Target, etc.)
Track record of success in driving business results through omnichannel marketing
Analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data, generate insights and translate it into meaningful changes

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $163,200.00-$244,800.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
