  About the Role:

  As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist at Madison Logic, you will manage specific communication channels, contributing to and supporting the larger communication strategy to drive market awareness for our solutions. We are seeking a proactive professional with a flair for design who can efficiently handle social media management, internal communications, and visually compelling content creation, aligning these tasks with our overarching corporate strategy under the guidance of senior team members. 

  Responsibilities:Social Media Management and Design: Oversee our LinkedIn company page, crafting engaging copy and designing visually appealing content. Support the development of an employee-led content distribution on LinkedIn, aligning with our broader corporate communications strategy. Internal Communications: Handle internal communications initiatives, creating clear, engaging messages and visually appealing materials that resonate with our team and uphold our corporate culture. Communications and Event Support: Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute PR and communications efforts, including support for Madison Logic’s corporate website and annual customer conference, as needed. This role is suited for a self-starter capable of jumping in where support is most critical, in line with our ongoing marketing and communication strategies. Collaborative Efforts and Reporting: Work collaboratively within the marketing department, contributing to various projects and providing regular updates on channel performance and initiatives. 

  Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management, written communications, and graphic design. Capability to manage projects independently and take initiative. Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, internal communication channels, and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva). 

  Other Characteristics:Strong communication and organizational skills. Developing analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and visual details. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and work independently. Adaptable to changing priorities in a dynamic environment. 

  Pay Transparency/Equity:

  We are committed to paying our team equitably for their work, commensurate with their individual skills and experience.  Salary Range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process taking into account the experience, education, certifications and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated team members, as well as employer-verified region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner.
