Robert Half is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Customer Service Representative with a proven track record in the manufacturing industry. As a key member of our clients team, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch customer service, managing client relationships, and ensuring the smooth execution of orders. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering unparalleled customer satisfaction. This is a temporary to hire position in New Hope, MN.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the manufacturing sector.
Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.
Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from order entry to delivery.
Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Possess a thorough understanding of the company's manufacturing processes and products to provide knowledgeable support to customers.
Address technical inquiries and provide solutions based on manufacturing specifications.
Handle escalated customer issues with a focus on quick and effective resolution.
Work closely with internal teams to investigate and resolve complex customer concerns.
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the customer service function.
Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior customer service representatives.
Conduct training sessions to ensure the team is well-versed in manufacturing processes and customer service best practices.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Senior Customer Service Representative in the manufacturing industry.
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and product specifications.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex customer issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership experience and the ability to mentor and guide a team.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
