Job Summary and Qualifications

SPECIFIC ELEMENTS AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Repairs and maintains plumbing fixtures.

Performs repairs on domestic water and waste systems.

Repairs medical gas outlets.

Requests and stocks necessary repair parts.

Repairs ice machines and refrigeration equipment.

Performs PM’s on ice machine equipment.

Performs assigned area sweeps.

EXPERIENCE

Required – 3 years work experience as a commercial plumber.

Preferred – Journeyman Plumbers Card.

PREFERRED EDUCATION:

Required - High school graduate.

Preferred - Vocational/trade school degree.

Preferred – Obtained Masters Card/Certified CFC requirements.
