　　Field Monitor

　　Our Field Monitors provide field supervision of Transportation providers. The Field Monitors will conduct investigations and assist with provider network management.

　　Transdev is proud to offer:

　　Responsibilities:

　　Provides support to transportation providers in the field.

　　Liaison between providers and organization regarding safety and service issues.

　　Observes providers on the road and corrects safety issues. Documents violations.

　　Communicates requirements and responsibilities to providers.

　　Ensures all inspections are properly documented and remain current according to the established schedule.

　　Conducts on-the-scene accident investigation when feasible. Also investigates critical incidents and provider complaints.

　　Prepares inspection, accident, incident, and observation reports according to the established schedule.

　　Delivers transportation provider orientation, training, and meetings.

　　Requirements:

　　High school diploma or equivalent

　　Valid driver’s license required.

　　Local geographical knowledge preferred.

　　Computer literature with working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
