About Sr. Community Engagement Manager, UK, Transportation Partner Experience

  Description

Transportation Partner Experience (TPX) is seeking a Community Engagement Manager to own the Ignite Digital Community (IDC) experience for Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) in the United Kingdom and Ireland. As an engagement manager for TPX, you will be responsible for several key items that ensure the community’s success. This includes but not limited to (1) comprehensive strategy to maximize in-person and digital participation, (2) building relationships with community members through structured networking (i.e. phone outreach, interviews, direct messaging), and (3) the use of insights and feedback from the community to deliver new innovations and enhancements. This role has regular visibility to Sr. Manager and Director level leadership stakeholders.

At TPX, our mission is simple: drive engagement, advocacy and business success among the critical functions in Amazon’s supply chain and Last Mile logistics networks. We do this by building digital communities that connect, inform, and inspire the ecosystem of entrepreneurs and business owners who partner with Amazon to improve delivery flexibility, speed and reliability for our customers. We measure our success through the positive impact we deliver for community members’ businesses, but also in the relationships we enable community members to build with each other and Amazon.

If you’re looking to build community through new strategies and processes, we’re your perfect match. Come help us learn, invent, and grow!
