Primary Responsibilities include:Lead and/or assist in acquisition or divestiture evaluations of assetsincluding:Forecasting PDP reservesForecast upside and development reserves by developing type curves, properspacing and other traditional reservoir engineering techniquesDetermining other key commercial expenses and pricing impacts including:Product pricing / differentialsGathering, process and treating expensesLease operating expensesDrilling and completion capital expense analysisDiscounted cash flow analysisPerform sensitivities to understand impact of varying inputsPerform high-level scoping of acquisition opportunities w/ publiclyavailable dataManage acquisition and divestiture processes from start to finishWork closely w/ the Divisions to identify acquisition and divestitureopportunitiesSupport commercial negotiations
