Are you a technically savvy individual comfortable using new gear & apps? Do you feel comfortable learning new tech and instructing/guiding others in their usage? As our Site Lead, you'll coordinate the day to day operations of the onsite team as they conduct extensive data collection activities.
Please note that this is a fully onsite role at 1545 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA 30309 with start date of March 1, 2024.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for efficient and timely QA of all sessions with 24 hour max turnaround time
Capture and document all discrepancies and create agenda for weekly meetings to discuss differences
Contribute to the weekly feedback report to moderators by pointing out all fails and reasons why
Assist with smart device moderating as needed
Oversee data transfer
Escalate to the Applause team (Solution Delivery Manager, Test Lead) all failed sessions sorted by criticality and grouped by equipment \ moderator
Provide daily data on top failed sessions and reasons why in Google Drive
Manage resubmissions
Work one-to-one on persistent discrepancies to improve QA function
Qualifications:
Prior team leadership experience
Strong communications skills
Customer service experience - IT/hardware/wearables a plus!
Can follow detailed technical documentation & instructions
Problem solving capabilities
Be a quick learner
Must be dependable!
Preferred:
Software QA experience
Linux/ADB CLI experience
Base Salary:
$50,000 to $70,000Salary range for this position is included in accordance with current state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, experience, and performance in the role.
