　　Sr. Associate, Project Manager (Data Management)

　　We are looking for a Sr. Associate, Project Manager to help expand our team's data management leadership to several new customer groups. A successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and take pride in ensuring Risk Management's data footprint remains compliant and effectively managed. You will work closely with multiple data professionals to understand the needs of the business, define a centralized support model, and drive the roadmap to ensure business as usual and project initiatives are delivered on schedule. The ideal candidate will be well managed, independent and comfortable interacting with all levels of management in order to drive results. This role will work directly with business customers, compliance teams, and executive sponsors in a dynamic environment. Effective communication and organizational skills are a must.

　　General Responsibilities

　　Partner with data professionals to drive strategic initiatives and ensure they are delivered on scheduleManage roadmaps, customer communications and stakeholder engagementsProvide tactical support to ongoing compliance efforts across multiple departmentsEnsure project artifacts and controls evidence are well managed and inspire confidence in our dataSupport quarterly planning activities and partner with multiple stakeholders to set the agendaPublish reports to provide visibility into delivery targets, upcoming milestones and project statusIdentify dependencies, handoffs and impediments and proactively keep the team on trackBuild strong working relationships with business customers and delivery partners

　　Basic Qualifications

　　Bachelor's Degree or military experienceAt least 2 years of experience in project management or at least 2 years of experience in process management or at least 2 years of experience as an Agile Scrum MasterAt least 2 years of experience in Excel or Google SheetsAt least 2 years of experience in Powerpoint or Google Slides

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Master's degree4+ years of project management, process management or Agile scrum master experience4+ years of experience in Excel or Google Sheets with knowledge of vlookup and formulas2+ years of experience in tracking & communication tools (Jira, Confluence, LumApps, Newsletters)Project Management or Agile CertificationPrior experience supporting data delivery or data management compliancePrior experience in risk, audit, or controlsStrong written and oral communication skills
