  This Senior Associate position plays a critical role in keeping members of the Commercial Human Resource team informed of our partner strategies, program delivery calendar, and process elements for day-to-day activities the team manages. The role will help establish and maintain routines and meeting cadences across the team, share and drive best practices from other Human Resource Consulting and partner groups, while assisting the team by building and owning people reports, applying data and analytics to support strategies and initiatives, as well as provide project coordination to help the team run as effectively as possible.

  Roles and Responsibilities

  Interacting with partner groups, stakeholders, and HR Consultants to keep all informed, well-managed, and consistent in their processes

  Data collection, analysis, reporting, and process improvements

  Project or process coordination and activity monitoring / auditing

  Other miscellaneous - deck writing, communications, answering stakeholder questions regarding our processes or systems, etc.

  Provide ad hoc project leadership and support: building HR project or strategy decks, drafting communications, answering stakeholder questions regarding our processes or systems, etc.

  Basic Qualifications

  High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

  At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources

  At least 1 year of experience in Project Management or at least 1 year of experience in Process Management

  Preferred Qualifications

  Bachelor’s Degree

  Professional Human Resources Certification or Project Management Professional Certification

  2+ year of experience in Human Resources

  2+ years of experience in Project or Process Management

  Sound judgment and decision making
