About Sr. Analyst, Pricing Support

  Ideal candidate will be based in the greater Columbus area and able to come into the Dublin, OH office. Also open to remote candidates in the Eastern time zone!

  What Customer Pricing Support contributes to Cardinal Health

  Customer Service is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution.

  Customer Pricing Support is responsible for proactive research, customer and supplier inquiries, and dispute resolution all with a concentration on customer pricing, acting as a liaison with internal and external key stakeholders. Services multiple customer accounts and/or processes in a fast paced and highly analytical environment.

  Responsibilities

  Act as a mentor for less experienced colleaguesProvides support for business transformation activitiesStrong communication skills- acting as a liaison with internal and external key stakeholdersWorks collaboratively to respond to non-standard requestsPossesses an understanding of service level goals and objectives when providing customer and supplier supportWorks with management and peers to develop consistent methodologies based on best practices for efficiently implementing solutionsWill develop / contribute to the development of policies and proceduresWorks on complex projects of large and small scopeDevelops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems; solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectivesCompletes work independently; receives general guidance on new projectsQualifications

  2+ years experience in finance, accounting, business related field, preferredBachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferredExperience with platforms such as SAP/Business Objects, preferredExperience with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP's, pivot tables), preferredCreating process maps via Lucid Chart or Microsoft Vizio, preferredWhat is expected of you and others at this level

  Applies working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles and technical capabilities to perform varied tasksWorks on projects of moderate scope and complexityIdentifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes action to resolveApplies judgment within defined parametersReceives general guidance and may receive more detailed instruction on new projectsWork reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracyAnticipated salary range: $55,400-$79,200
