About Sr. Analyst, Enterprise Customer Feedback

  Labcorp is looking for an exceptional Customer feedback senior analyst to join the Marketing team and help augment its capability in Market and Customer Insights to further our understanding of our customers and their needs/experiences. Located in Bangalore, India, this role will be an integral member of a growing team that is responsible for data-driven insights to inform business decisions, drive product innovation and help Labcorp better serve our customers.

  Reporting to the Customer Feedback Program Lead, this role will manage customer contact details, administer customer feedback surveys and analyze customer feedback responses. The ideal candidate will possess strong, hands-on experience managing customer feedback platforms such as Qualtrics, Salesforce, Alchemer, etc., and understands the processes associated with managing feedback data both quantitative and qualitative.

  Key responsibilities

  Collaborate with internal stakeholders on identifying and managing customer contact detailsAdminister customer feedback surveys within various CX platforms, including Qualtrics and SalesforceServe as an administrator for CX platforms, including user licenses and permissions, dashboard and reporting maintenanceCollaborate with CX platform Technical Account Manager(s) to ensure readiness for platform updatesLeverage Qualtrics APIs to connects with various systems for inbound and outbound data flowsExtract, analyze and use data to build analysis, metrics and business cases to support decision-makingIdentify key customer trends, issues and opportunities, and assist in formulating strategies to improve customer experienceUnderstand and define data requirements for various data sources in support of key initiativesEffectively use visuals / infographics to tell the data storyIdentify and propose enhancements to existing processes and methodologies to improve data quality

  Education/Qualifications

  Undergraduate degree (Bachelor's) from an accredited institution in Market Research, Marketing, Data/Analytics, or related field.

  Experience/Skills

  5+ years work experience in customer feedback data programs and analyticsStrong familiarity with Qualtrics, Salesforce, Alchemer, and / or similar customer data platformsAdvanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel)Experience with other analytics and visualizations tools (e.g., Tableau)CX platform administration

  Preferred

  Using analytics to move business metricsStrong problem-solving skills with a focus on design of experiments (A/B testing)
