What Financial Planning & Analysis contributes to Cardinal Health
Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.
Financial Planning & Analysis provides strategic partnership and objective guidance to business units. It leads cross functional efforts to enable forward looking, actionable insights with a focus on driving strategic value that influences key business decisions.
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Management, and/or Data Sciences (preferred)2-5 years of professional experience with a multinational corporation and/or a professional services firm focusing on business solutions, FP&A or digital/technology enablement (preferred)Experience with enterprise performance management, digital transformation, enabling big data / cloud-based analytics strategies (preferred)Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive changeTeam player who possesses strong quantitative and analytical skills, has experience building financial models and enjoys solving and streamlining complex business problemsEnjoys detailed and challenging puzzles, thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment, and possesses the aptitude to work independentlyExperience with Agile or Anaplan WayExperience working with SaaS solutions connected to a variety of different systems and platformsExperience working in an onshore-offshore development modelExcellent communication skills with the ability to switch contexts between highly technical and business-focused topics quickly and easilySomeone that embraces diversity, and values people not just for what they do but who they areActively foster an environment where people can bring their authentic selves to workWhat is expected of you and others at this level Translate existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into Anaplan modelsMaintain existing Anaplan models with a focus on continuous improvement, incorporating new functionality and fixing issues in production to support business objectives and initiativesAdhere to model development best practices and design standards in placeParticipate in data integration efforts between internal systems and AnaplanMonitor and validate data flows to and from Anaplan platformUAT testing and deployment with project teamUtilize and share Anaplan model building best practicesOpen to 3 days work from office, Flex hybrid model.Candidates who are back-to-work, people with disabilities, without a college degree, and Veterans are encouraged to apply.
