  Job Description:The Senior Advisor acts as a strategic partner and advisorto Intermountain Health's Peaks Region President, helping to drivestrategy and ensure Intermountain is meeting organizational goals. In thisrole, you will work closely with regional and enterprise executive(s) oncomplex initiatives having multiple responsibilities simultaneously,balancing long-term projects with the urgency of immediate demands.

  The Senior Advisor collaborates with and achieves actionable results throughothers and builds strong and sustainable relationships at all levels withinIntermountain. In addition, the Senior Advisor is an advocate for continuousimprovement, evidence-based problem solving and is highly organized with afastidious attention to detail.

  This is an exempt, full-time position with the opportunity to work in apartial remote capacity, sharing time at the office in Broomfield, CO andworking from home. To show our commitment to you and assist with yourtransition into our organization, we may offer a sign-on and/or relocationbonus when applicable.

  With this position, you are eligible to participate in an annualpay-for-performance opportunity ("AP4P"). This plan enablesIntermountain Health to provide leaders with an additional performancecompensation opportunity. The AP4P opportunities are calculated as apercentage of your base salary. Awards are paid out based on attainment ofselected Intermountain Health Board-approved goals.

  In this role, the Senior Advisor must have the ability to handle highlyconfidential information and matters with discretion, be a liaison betweenthe executive leaders and internal/external stakeholders, and represententerprise executive leaders, as appropriate.

  As the Senior Advisor, you need to know how to:

  Lead large, complex, highly visible projects, which includesidentifying, designing, and implementing sustainable solutions forinternal stakeholders.

  Interact with and engage many different departments and functions across theorganization.

  Oversee, drive, and ensure the achievement and quality of deliverables.

  Effectively manage projects and the team supporting the initiative, andfacilitate effective working relationships to ensure exceptional performanceand stakeholder satisfaction.

  Manage work independently and serve as a liaison between project teams

  Develop, implement, and deploy strategic operational plans and manageperformance expectations.

  Assess competing priorities, manage workflow and meet operational deadlinesin a complex organization.

  Lead, manage, partner, and/or consult on large scale transformation ata system level.

  Perform research; analyze and interpret facts/results; preparemeaningful executive summaries and reports.

  Minimum Qualifications

  Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or relevant area and fiveyears' experience in a business (preferably healthcare) environment. Degree must be obtained from an accredited institution and education isverified. Equivalent experience in a complex, highly-matrixed organizationwith specific experience supporting a senior-level or C-Suite executive may beconsidered in lieu of a degree.

  Experienced Project Consultant with exceptional track record

  Extensive experience in design, communication, and execution of complexhealth system strategy, required

  Experience in coaching and mentoring others.

  Strong organizational and project management skills and excellent verbal andwritten communication skills with internal consulting, and work in a trustedadvisor role.

  Ability to work in a fast-paced culture with a demonstrated ability to achieveresults in a large matrixed environment.
