　　What will you do?

　　Achieving the Collection Target monthly / Quarterly / YearlyAggressive AR follow up for the Division.Responsible for maintaining DSO as per company policyIdentify causes for nonpayment and communicate problems for corrective action to be taken.Accounts Ledger Scrutiny & Customer Reconciliations.Responsible for weekly review of Account to reduce unapplied cash & AdvancesContinuously work to improve A/R processes through technology or quality improvements.Working Knowledge of SAP is preferable.Be involved with or lead special projects as time or capabilities allow.

　　Who we are looking for: experience, skills & abilities

　　Accounts receivable experiencePrevious experience in a supervisory or management rolesKnowledge of chairing meetings with team and other departmentsStrong attention to detailCritical thinking and problem solvingEffective verbal and written communication skillsGood level of ExcelKnowledge of Coda preferable but not mandatory and/or any other ERP (eg SAP, oracle etc)
