Description

　　Specialty services company is looking to hire a Senior Accountant with expertise in overseeing the financial growth of an organization. As the Senior Accountant, you will prepare journal entries, track accounts payable/receivable transactions, prepare balance sheet reconciliations, analyze and generate financial statements, maintain the general ledger, define variances, create annual budgets, schedule expenditures, and assist with the year-end audit process. The successful candidate for this role will have public accounting expertise, sharp analytical skills, excellent time management abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

　　How you will make an impact

　　· Implement revenue generating control systems

　　· Prepare financial reports/statements

　　· Complete month close general ledger activities

　　· Financial planning & analysis

　　· Manage ERP Systems

　　· Perform account reconciliation

　　· Ensure compliance with GAAP

　　· Monitor internal controls

　　· Coordinate and assist other departments as needed

　　· Ad hoc projects

　　Requirements

　　The ideal Senior Accountant will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or similar.

　　Other requirements for the Senior Accountant role include and are not limited to:

　　· 5+ years of accounting experience (costing and/or inventory experience required)

　　· CPA required

　　· Must have proven experience communicating numbers to non-finance executives

　　· QuickBooks and/or Salesforce experience a plus
