In the role of Senior Accountant, you will handle the preparation and consolidation of financial statements, the analysis and reconciliations of accounts, and the analysis of cash flow. You will also establish budgets and forecasts, prepare audits, and manage internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. Superior analytical skills are crucial to this position. 　　Key responsibilities

　　Provide monthly accounting closure procedures and deliverables, which includes journal entries, reconciliations, reports in compliance with GAAP

　　Manage Ad-hoc projects as necessary

　　Allocate and prepare monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis reports for management

　　Partake in various department-wide initiatives

　　Uphold company standards when working with business partners to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures and controls; while also providing support on special requests when required

　　Formulate Balance Sheet account reconciliations

　　Prepare financial analysis on trends, performance metrics, benchmarks, etc.

　　Adherence to continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process

　　Provide assistance in coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external Requirements - Self-starter, ability to identify issues and resolve problems

　　The ideal candidate will be highly-skilled with exceptional analytical, quantitative and social skills

　　Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high pressure environment, to prioritize deals and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent

　　Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills

　　Current and relevant ERP system experience

　　SOX internal control assessments (Section 404) experience

　　Skill with corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems required

　　Commitment and abilities to meet critical business deadlines

　　3+ years of overall general accounting experience, ideally with Big 4 experience

　　Prior experience in a public accounting environment is highly valued

　　Engages effectively in self-directed time management and prioritization of workload

　　BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are preferred

　　Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

　　MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience preferred

　　Intercompany Transaction experience

　　Proven knowledge of month end closings

　　Well-founded grasp of accruals

　　Experience with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central

　　General ledger experience

　　Knowledge of Intercompany Accounting
