Job Title: Quality Inspector
Job Description
As a Quality Inspector, your main responsibility will be to conduct physical quality checks of our stringer program, which is manufactured and distributed to customers for the creation of various airframes. You will use various tools including calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, and protractors on a routine basis. Every part of the stringer program will be checked as the last stage in the production process prior to shipment. You will be given drawing parts and you will utilize blueprint to ensure the part matches written schematics and work order. A Quality Lead will follow behind you to ensure 100% duplicate checks to maintain our high-quality standards for an undisclosed amount of time. You will also use Microsoft Word for quality documentation and Excel for parts tracking.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Saint Charles, Missouri.
Work Environment
You will be working in a non-climate-controlled facility and will be on the floor in the production area alongside production techs. Our team currently consists of 9 people, but our ideal team size is 12 people. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 6 am to 2:30 pm with mandatory overtime. The team is currently working 50 hours per week. Overtime can be picked up after shift each day or on Saturday mornings from 6 am to 12 pm. This role is highly directed.
