As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, account analysis and reconciliations, financial statement preparation and consolidation, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. 　　How you will make an impact

　　Continually improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process

　　Prepare reconciliations of Balance Sheet accounts

　　Implement monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with GAAP

　　Achieve compliance with corporate accounting policies and procedures and controls by working with business partners

　　Participate in various department-wide initiatives

　　Other projects as necessary

　　Review financial results (benchmarks, trends, performance metrics)

　　Ready monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting

　　Organize quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors Requirements - Remarkable analytical, quantitative and social skills

　　Deep understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance

　　Strong organization skills with a sense of urgency and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks

　　General familiarity with Accrued Expenses

　　Experience with Microsoft Excel

　　Well-founded grasp of journal entries

　　Accruals experience

　　Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation experience preferred

　　Command of Expense Accruals

　　Proven knowledge of NetSuite

　　Proficiency in bank reconciliations

　　Aptitude for analyzing financial data and generating accurate reports in a timely manner

　　Minimum 5-7 years of overall general accounting experience

　　BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are highly desired

　　Self-starter and strong ethical standards

　　This position requires financial reporting systems proficiency

　　Ability to complete multiple tasks and projects within deadlines

　　Comfortable working in a changing and dynamic environment

　　Familiarity with corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems required

　　A strong track record of communicating, both verbally and in writing, with functional department managers

　　ERP system experience
