Imagine Early Learning Centers seeks an Assistant 2's Teacher at Imagine Early Learning Centers. Our center is a safe, nurturing, fun and friendly environment.We are seeking an experienced and creative professional looking to join a team providing the highest quality, educational childcare for working families. While you will primarily serve as an Assistant teacher and work in the classroom, this position will be a dual role and provides the opportunity to develop expertise in education administration.
Responsibilities include:Participate in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculumEnsure compliance with licensing and NAEYC guidelinesEffective communication with families, staff and boardEffective written communication skillsAbility to meet physical requirements of position which include lifting children, pushing strollers/buggies, sitting on the floor and year-round daily outdoor activities
QualificationsCDA or Associates Degree in Early Childhood, Elementary, Special Education, preferred or in progressPrevious experience teaching children in an Early Childhood program preferredPrevious experience with NAEYC standards and the accreditation process a plus
Salary: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
