　　Key Qualifications

　　Will have 5+ years experience in entertainment, media and technology industries with a focus in Sports.

　　You are an expert in articulating intricate technical concepts for clear and effective communication across diverse teams.

　　You excel in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment while managing multiple priorities.

　　You demonstrate expertise in rapidly and clearly escalating issues in a fast-paced environment for prompt and effective resolution.

　　You possess a proven track record in expertly managing technical partnerships and aligning them with quality objectives.

　　You are experienced in conducting precise root cause analyses for effective issue resolution.

　　You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

　　Experience in analyzing large and complex XML/JSON datasets to derive insights and drive actionable recommendations.

　　You have above average presentation skills, ability to deliver impactful presentations at all levels of the organization.

　　You work well under pressure, with proven experience working on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projects.

　　You thrive in ambiguous situations and proactively seek to clarify and navigate through them effectively.

　　You are flexible and versatile in nature, able to take on challenges while maintaining an even keel and sense of humor.

　　Description

　　We are seeking a Sports Technical Partnership Manager within the Apple Media Product’s Video Partner Platform Operations organization to lead technical integration and partnership management responsibilities with our Sports partners. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, an uncanny ability to build consensus, and a passion for building the best customer experience for our content. You’ll be responsible for: Leading technical onboarding effort of new and expansion partners in Sports. Act as the primary contact, dedicated to diligently resolving any technical issues that may arise. Engage collaboratively with both external and internal teams to proactively identify root causes and implement preventive measures. Effectively manage strategic partnerships to meet delivery SLA and quality requirements, that ensures the best customer experience. Collaborate across functions to define policies and procedures with a focus on continuous operational improvements and quality. Partner with cross-functional teams to pinpoint inefficiencies, automate processes, and create tools for greater operational effectiveness and efficiency. This role requires working non-standard hours to support live events on evenings and weekends. Some travel may be required.

　　At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $110,700.00 and $212,600.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
