What You'll Do:
Innovate in DevOps: Engage within a DevOps framework, constructing and overseeing container applications while leveraging tools like Kubernetes to drive our mission forward.
Exploration and Innovation: Utilize the expansive landscape of our internal AWS to explore diverse strategies in addressing client challenges.
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with stakeholders and our expert team to engineer and implement precise technical solutions.
Revolutionize Computing Platforms: Modernize legacy systems or build new, leveraging the latest tech and the collective brilliance of your teammates.
Requirements:
Clearance: TS/SCI w CI Poly
Splunk Mastery: 2+ years' hands-on experience with Splunk Enterprise, including Search Processing Language proficiency and adeptness in crafting Reports, Alerts, and Dashboards.
Infrastructure Management: Proven capability in managing key infrastructure components, handling data source ingestion, and resolving configuration issues adeptly.
OS Expertise: 1+ years' experience in Linux/Windows OS system administration.
Architectural Proficiency: Skilled in drafting architectural and infrastructural diagrams.
Tool Proficiency: Proficient in SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, or other ticket-tracking software.
Communication Skills : Ability to collaborate effectively within scrum teams and present project progress updates.
Additional Preferences:
Security Expertise : Familiarity with Splunk Enterprise Security, User Behavior Analytics, and other security analytics tools.
Automation and Coding : Experience using Infrastructure-as-code and automation tools for efficient management, including scripting abilities in Python, Bash, Boto3, JSON, and YML and XML templates.
Cloud Proficiency : Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible.
Skill Set : Exceptional time management, verbal, and written communication skills.
Education : BS degree in CS, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
Certifications: Any of the following certifications or courses: Splunk Enterprise Certified Admin, Splunk Enterprise Certified Architect Certification, Splunk User Behavior Analytics, Splunk Enterprise Security.
