ASRC Federal Field Services is seeking a Specialist, Structural Maintenance Level I in support of our Vance AFB Base Operations Support Contract Located in Enid Oklahoma.

　　Performs minor facility maintenance and repairs to structures and associated hardware. Makes adjustments to and lubricates doors, windows, screens, cabinets, drawers, and other moving/functional items to ensure proper operation. Mounts objects and/or equipment on walls and/or other structures. . Assists with structural maintenance, repair, modifications, and construction of all facilities. Must be proficient in the use of all common commercial construction tools. Must possess knowledge in structure maintenance. repair, and installation to include: framing, flooring, cove base and trim, dry wall, ceiling grid and tile, windows, doors, jambs and associated hardware, wooden fencing, roof systems, and cabinetry. Duties also include, handling and delivering materials to and from job sites, job site cleanup. Must be able to climb ladders, work from scaffolding and roofs, and enter confined spaces. Two years documented experience working in the commercial construction field or related technical training. Perform other related duties as assigned.
