Join our IT team as a Senior Specialist, Technical Support! The SeniorSpecialist works to monitor, maintain, and support endpoint technologyincluding virtual endpoints. They perform various maintenance, softwareinstallation, troubleshooting, and repair tasks. This position alsoprovides technical support for approved applications, including end-usersupport and informal training. The Senior Specialist, Technical Supportensures end-user workstations and network performance meet agency anduser requirements. They set up, maintain, and support agency mobiledevices and AV equipment. The Senior Specialist also works to set up,support, and maintain group policy, as well as make effective use ofendpoint management tools and technologies including scripting. Theyalso manage network print servers. Additional responsibilities includetroubleshooting computer problems, determining the source, and taking oradvising on appropriate action. The Senior Specialist works to researchnew software packages and automation packages, make recommendations, andimplement once approved. This position requires a minimum of four (4)days per week in-office. Requirements: Knowledge of computer systemsKnowledge of client/user connections and concepts.
