　　The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking anorganized, professional, and energetic individual to serve as PermanencyTeam Supervisor. Under administrative direction, this position willplan, review, and coordinate the activities of a team of professionalstaff engaged in the provision of child welfare services to children andfamilies. The position will also monitor progress in meeting case goalsand objectives and will establish and implement a system for ensuringdirect regular clinical review of services is being provided to childrenand families. 　　Job Responsibilities

　　1. Serves as Permanency Team Supervisor.

　　2. Serves as working supervisor.

　　3. Establishes and maintains effective linkages with the appropriatecommunity and contracted service providers to ensure the provision ofchild-centered, family focused, community-based services to the maximumextent possible.

　　4. Establishes and implements a team-based program of staff developmentand training for subordinate staff.

　　5. Explains and enforces agency policies, procedures, state and areastatutes, and requirements.

　　6. Attends technical staff conferences to assess needed services.

　　7. Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonablywithin the scope of the duties enumerated above.
