Job Description:
L3 Harris Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Logistics Engineer to join our logistics team in supporting Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities on the WSOTS program. Many of the logistics requirements of this postion will require the use of the Raytheon Enhanced Automated Graphical Logistics Environment (EAGLE) tool set.
Essential Functions:
The Logistics Specialist duties include but are not limited to
Manage, schedule and complete all activities for transitioning EAGLE system onto the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS). Accomplish tasks as detailed in the C-ICP (Contractor Inventory Control Point) Implementation Guide HAF/A4LR version 2.7.6 14 Aug 20.
Closely coordinate with Contractor Inventory Control Point, Property Management, for the tasks involved with DPAS implementation. Manage program through implementation and verification.
Prepare and submitt quarterly CFO report to the customer.
Provide direction and training for team supporting DPAS implementation.
Provide status briefings to the government customer.
Manage training requirements for DPAS roles/users.
Develop and accomplish DPAS data conversion tasks.
Manage all key supporting data elements for EAGLE managed items and DPAS conversion.
Validate required data fields for EAGLE managed items.
Develop and coordinate with Finance a property valuation methodology for all property on the WSOST II contract.
Develop a data cleansing process for all EAGLE managed items and perform data cleansing activities.
Accomplish all memorandums for process associated with DPAS implementation.
Accomplish all Data Conversion Spreadsheets.
Exercise logistics support utilizing standard practices and processes.
Provide analysis using logistics tools and metrics.
Utilize the Purchase Requisitions (PRs) system for documenting key supporting data.
Complete Purchase Orders requests and receipts.
Coordinate transfer of material and equipment to government via DD Form 1149.
Qualifications :
Active SECRET security clearance.
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/ Associates Degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
Experience with DPAS activities and FIAR. Expert understanding of the C-ICP DPAS implementation guide.
Experience with the USAF ILS-S supply system.
Experience developing and presenting logistics product technical documentation and training material.
Experience in acquisition life cycle processes and product development.

DPAS Material Management Course
DPAS 7050 ICP Manager
DPAS 7130 ICP Inquiry course
Hold an active DoD Common Access Card (CAC)
Operations, Maintenance, or Logistics experience with fixed site or deployable
space operations systems.
Experience/familiarity with WSOTS II program mission area (as an
operator/maintainer or as a contractor).
Experience developing and maintaining Logistics Management Information using
MIL-PRF-49506 as guidance.
Familiar with DoD and commercial logistics tools and databases: FedLog,
WebFLIS, D043, EAGLE as well as various LMI Programs. Extensive
knowledge of LMI/LSA data products.
Understand drawing and specification hierarchy and development.
Familiar with ASME-Y14.100 and all equivalent guidance pertaining to
engineering drawings.
Working knowledge of technical order development, content, and change
activities.
Possess excellent technical skills to understand RAM (Reliability Maintainability
and Availability analysis) and Life Cycle Cost modeling.
Familiar with ITAR policies and procedures.
Working knowledge of maintenance contracts management and procedures for warranty repairs.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $53,000 - $98,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
