We are looking for a self-motivated individual looking to challenge the status quo by gaining a broad understanding of our business processes and develop data analytics solutions in support of Internal Audits core mission. As a member of the Data Analytics Resource Center (DARC) team within Internal Audit, you will support and continuously improve our execution of data and technology projects. You will gain exposure to a breadth of areas and gain a deep understanding of how we drive assurance across the company.

　　The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.

　　What you can expect:

　　Complement audit teams with industry leading skills and expertise in business intelligence technology.

　　Partner with audit stakeholders to define requirements and develop automated and scaled continuous auditing/monitoring solutions.

　　Actively participate in all aspects of the audit process, including planning, scoping, and execution.

　　Establish relationships with assigned audit teams and business stakeholders to gain an understanding of in-scope key business processes, risks and controls, as well as support data resources, flow of information and ways in which information can be leveraged.

　　What youll need:

　　Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or Data Analytics.

　　Data Acquisition and Transformation: Acquiring data from disparate data sources using API's, SQL and NoSQL. Transforming data using SQL and Python. Visualizing data using a diverse tool set including but not limited to Python, PowerBI, or Tableau.

　　Data Analysis and Insights: Analyzing structured and unstructured data using data visualization, manipulation, and statistical methods to identify patterns, anomalies, relationships, and trends.

　　Itd be a plus if you had:

　　Experience using audit and agile methodologies.

　　A risk and control mindset and an ability to learn new skills and knowledge through self-initiation.

　　Strong written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated ability to present complex information with simplicity.

The salary range for this role is from $97,300.00 to $144,900.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
