Description

The ideal Staff Accountant would have a bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required) and 5+ years of accounting experience.

　　Bachelor’s Degree (preferred but not required!)

　　5+ years of accounting experience with skills including… (please pull these things out in their MPC upon presents!)

　　Financial statement prep

　　Multi – entity accounting they have 3 parts to their business- (donor alliance, foundation, and LLC)

　　Fixed asset accounting

　　Budgeting prep

　　Annual audit assistance

　　Nonprofit/grant accounting (a plus but not required)

　　Salary/Benefits:

　　$65,000 - $85,000

　　Health/dental/vision coverage (employee only)- multiple options

　　401k after 30 days. After a year of service- they will match 4%.

　　PTO- accrued- starts with 20 days in the first year + 2 personal days

　　10 holidays

　　Student loan repayment options, $100 towards student loan payments every month OR tuition reimbursement $5k annually
