What We'll Bring:
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager / Product Owner who will be part of a team that works closely with Sales and our Customers as well as with our technology team to deliver our high-quality hosted solutions for our Customers.
This is a remote position for candidates in Costa Rica, which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
What You'll Bring:
The person in this role will support our Consumer Interactive business by translating our Customer's needs into solutions that to bring best in class products and platform to consumers.
The Consumer Interactive team at TU is focused providing tools, resources and education to help consumers manage their credit health, achieve their financial goals, and protect their identity.
Experience with collaborating with product managers, technical team, internal and external business stakeholders (including Sales and Customers) to refine the Program Increment (PI) feature backlog, support strategic planning efforts, and execute tactical activitiesExperience in translating complex business needs into requirements for technical team by decomposing features into user storiesExperience in working with internal teams to plan and execute the launch of new features, taking into consideration any interdependenciesAbility to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyBrings a can-do attitude and proclivity for tracking down answers and taking on new challenges.Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to measure impact of changesAt least 3 or more years of experience as a Product Owner working in an Agile environmentAt least 5 years of experience working with web-based productsAdvanced English skills are requiredImpact You'll Make:Maintain and prioritize the user story backlog and work with development, architecture/IT, and stakeholder teams to refine user stories to meet the Definition of ReadyWork closely with Sales and Customers to understand, interpret, and prioritize customer needs through our agile processesCollaborate with UI/UX team to provide vision to our customers on best in class experience we can offer to their consumersProvide recommendations, guidance and direction to the technology teams during the development cycle and participate in all scrum ceremonies.
