　　Compensation range: $42,000.00 to $45,000.00 + Commission

　　Role will be performed on-site.

　　In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for a sign-on bonus,annual incentive awards.

　　As a Specialist, Carrier Procurement in Brokerage at RXO, you willsource, negotiate, and secure carriers to move available freight in atimely and cost-effective manner.

　　What your day-to-day will look like:Cultivate strong core carrier relationships while negotiating and securingcarriers to move freightMaintain continuous communication with carriers and customers to ensure ahigh-quality freight movement processEnsure all parties are informed of route changes, delays, freight concernsor other issues as necessarySchedule pickup and delivery appointment times; use discretion and insightwhen considering all factors affecting timeframe, including weather,traffic, miles, service rules, etc.Follow established procedures and protocols regarding HVS and HRC loads toensure the integrity of the shipment and the RXO brandAccurately maintain and update information in the companys operating systemsConduct research in available databases for potential leads; make cold callsto prospectsTrack back-end billing and invoicing to ensure that carrier charges areaccurate

　　What youll need to excel:

　　At a minimum, youll need:1 year of procurement experience

　　Itd be great if you also have:Bachelors degree or equivalent related work or military experience1 year of transportation experience2 years of sales or customer service experienceThe ability to exercise judgment and discretion while functioningindependently within authorized limits

Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience andskill set (e.g., if an applicant far exceeds the minimum and preferredqualifications for the role).
